1 can (10 ½ ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup (regular or reduced fat)
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 dash black pepper
4 cups cooked cut green beans
1 cup RECIPE 33 Smoky Serrano Infused Almonds
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a 1 ½ quart casserole dish, stir together the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the mixture. Sprinkle the rough chopped almonds over the top of the casserole. Bake 5 minutes longer.
Black Truffle Almond Mac & Cheese
Serves 6 people, prep time is 20 minutes, total time is 55 minutes
½ lb. of macaroni
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons flour
3 cups of whole milk
12 oz of white cheddar cheese shredded
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper
1 cup finely chopped RECIPE 33 Black Truffle Infused Almonds
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot and cook pasta to al dente.
In a separate pot melt butter and whisk in flour stirring to prevent flour from lumping. Add in the milk and then 3/4 of the cheese to make a smooth cheese sauce. Fold in the macaroni into the cheese sauce and pour into a casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheese and finely chopped RECIPE 33 Black Truffle Infused Almonds.
Bake for 30 minutes and allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes.
Lemon Rosemary Almond Stuffing
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 table spoon of salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 1/4 pounds cubed and dried cornbread stuffing, store-bought
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
2 cups chicken stock
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped RECIPE 33 Lemon Rosemary Infused Almonds
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Heat olive oil over and sauté onions and celery until softened and add salt and pepper to taste.
In large bowl add corn bread stuffing, parsley, chicken stock, eggs.
Bake for 30 minutes in a large casserole dish.
Sprinkle the rough chopped almonds over the top of the casserole. Bake 5 minutes longer.
