Much like marinating a steak by combining great flavors to enhance any cut of meat. Getting flavors inside almonds is a slow process that takes time, the best ingredients and strict commitment quality. In turn, this consistently delivers a one of a kind clean hands snacking experience that you will only get with RECIPE 33.

Black Truffle

ALMONDS, SEA SALT, BLACK TRUFFLE

Not some synthetically enhanced flavor or oil cooked up in a lab. We use real Italian Winter Black Truffles and you can tasted the difference.

SMOKY SERRANO

ALMONDS, SMOKY SEA SALT, SERRANO PEPPERS

Wood Smoked Sea Salt instead of artificial liquid smoky loaded with additives. We use real serrano peppers to bring the heat.

CINNAmmon vanilla

ALMONDS, CANE SUGAR, SEA SALT, CINNAMON, VANILLA

No sticky mess here. Just a sweat note to complement whole cinnamon stick and real vanilla beans.

lemon rosemary

ALMONDS, SEA SALT, LEMON, ROSEMARY

A balance of that tart citrus note from an actual lemon and fresh herb flavor that you get from each rosemary sprig, not some essence concocted to cut corners.

 
 
 

Our process takes 6 days to infuse and slow roast at low temperature to maintain the integrity of the almonds.  When you use real ingredient, it takes time to let them do their magic and allows our almonds to steal the show whether it's snacking, pair with your favorite wine or complementing a cheese plate.
